When you choose us to build your pool, we want to be transparent about the entire process, and it is important to understand what is not included in the standard pool build. Below will not be included in your pool construction:

FENCING:

Ensuring pool safety is a top priority for us. In many areas, pool fences are legally required, and it's important to be aware that the cost of the pool fence is not included in the standard pool build. However, we can arrange the pool fence for you at an additional cost.

During the construction phase, a temporary fence will be provided, which is included in the pool build package for a duration of 6 months. The temporary fence will be fitted with a gate to obtain temporary fence approval to allow us to pebble the pool. However, please note that this temporary fence approval is typically only valid for 3 months.

Once the initial 6-month period has passed, the temporary pool fence will no longer be provided, and you will be required to organise the installation of a regulatory-approved fence. In the event a fence has not been constructed, there will be a pool fence hire charge of $220.00 per month. It is essential to ensure compliance with safety regulations, and we are committed to assisting you throughout the process. LANDSCAPING:

Services such as garden beds, plants, hardscaping, or pathways leading to the pool area are not included in the standard pool construction package. While we take great care to minimize any damage to the surrounding grass and landscape during the excavation stage, some disruption is inevitable due to the nature of a building site, and we are committed to ensuring that any disturbance to your lawn and garden is kept to a minimum. It is essential to understand that we do not cover the cost of lawn replacement or any repairs to the garden caused by the construction process.

We recommend that you take necessary precautions or consider arranging separate landscaping services to restore or enhance the affected areas after the pool construction is complete. Our team can provide advice and recommendations to help you restore your landscape to its original or desired condition after the pool build.

ENGINEERING:

Prices above are a starting quote, and include a standard steel/engineering provision. All pools are subject to a soil test and engineering.

ELECTRICAL:

We do not included electrical in our contracts

PERMITS & FEES:

Any required building permits, inspection fees, or local authority fees may not be included in the initial pool construction cost.

POOL WATER:

It is important for our customers to be aware that the water required to fill the pool after construction is not included in the package price.
